A. If your order is part of a promotional offer (£0.00 per item), please note that tracking numbers are not available. For regular orders, tracking information can be obtained by emailing our support team.

A. Yes, customers only cover postage and packaging fees during promotional offers. No other costs, now or in the future.

A. Customers are only required to cover small packaging and shipping costs (approximately $13.99 worldwide). No other charges apply.

Q. How can you offer free products?

A. Bulk ordering and special rates with logistics partners allow us to secure the lowest prices, and we pass these savings on to our customers.

Q. Where is my order dispatched from?

A. All orders are dispatched from our Asia-based warehouse to eliminate unnecessary overheads and provide direct discounts to customers.

Q. Why is tracking not available for promotional items?

A. Due to associated costs, tracked postage is not available for promotional items. Full-price items, however, come with tracking information available through our support team.

Q. Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?

A. Currently, we do not provide a cash on delivery service. All orders must be paid for at checkout through PayPal or our card payment processor.

Q. Will purchasing a free promotional item sign me up for a subscription?

A. No, our products are not offered on a subscription basis. You will only be charged a shipping fee for free promotional items, and no additional fees will be deducted in the future.

Q. Can I exchange a ring if it doesn't fit?

Q. How secure is it to place an order on your site?

A. Your card details are secure. Payments are processed through Shopify, certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. Ottega does not have access to your card details; payment processed through Shopify is later remitted to us. Alternatively, you can use PayPal for payment.
